I'm emailing in order to reference a Home inspection I had last Friday, with one of your inspectors. I wanted to commend him for the thorough job he did. Being my first home purchase it was very reassuring to know that the inspector used such thought and provided us with such detail. He took his time to not only identify minor and serious concerns but to address with myself and my fiancé what we could to do fix or adjust each concern. You have no idea how helpful it is to be knowledgeable about each item in the report. Not knowing much about construction, the inspector made sure I easily understood what he was talking about. His friendly nature made us VERY comfortable. Considering the length of time it took, His demeanor and thoroughness made it all worthwhile. The process of his inspection and the final report (in binder with color pictures - prepared on sight) demonstrates his and your company's professionalism. The inspection and the inspector’s incredible job made it worth the money and made both of us MUCH more at ease about our purchase and what we were getting ourselves into. Excellent job - actual inspector worked with a member of my family present and was very professional and thorough. The gentleman performing the inspection was knowledgable, experienced and respectful. They did the inspection within two days of calling to setup and the report was generated as he was completing the work. A binder came in the mail within the next few days and the report was complete and well prepared. Really great work!

Integrity says it all...Integrity Inspection Service is the first inspection company on our list of referrals...It starts when they answer the phone...you feel welcome by their staff who are always happy to serve you & your buyer...they make the process easy and will bend over backwards to meet your time schedule. The buyer receives their "computer generated" inspection report immediately along with a wonderful binder filled with "how to take care of their home" and a photo of the home (just taken by the inspector) is on the front cover!
